Terms of TradeOur commitment to youYou can expect quality from us, that’s quality of work, quality of service and quality of expertise.All information held by us or accessible by us will be kept strictly confidential except in the case of fraud or illegal activity which we are bound to disclose. We generally bill on the time spent on your work. However, where the scope of an assignment can be accurately defined, we offer you a priced proposal which allows you to choose the level of our involvement with you and the cost to you. Fees
Our fees are reviewed on a monthly basis and are payable by the 20thof the month following unless prior arrangements are made.
The most common method of determining fees for accounting work is the time spent on your work. This method is fairest to all concerned. However other factors can affect the fee. With much of the work we do, we can reasonably predict the time it should take, and offer to provide a proposal to you of the fee, in advance. We realize this is of benefit to our clients. However, this cannot always be a fixed price, as we cannot predict all factors in a job. Special work is undertaken on client instructions and separately billed. Payment
We appreciate payment in full upon invoice for work done, and we accept a variety of payment methods: EFTPOS, credit card, cash, cheque or direct credit.
